
Live Wedding Painting
Live wedding painting is a wonderful way to entertain guests while creating a memorable keepsake of your special moments. Here's a breakdown of our process.
The Process
Step 1: Reach Out
Use my contact form to get in touch and I'll let you know if your date is available, or check availability with the button below.
Step 2: Book Your Date
If your date is available, read through the pricing and choose the option that works best for you. Book your date and pay your deposit.
Step 3: Planning + Consulation
We'll plan a creative call before the event to discuss your vision, the key people, details to include in the painting, and a few logistics.
Step 4: Your Big Day
Johnathan will arrive early to set up, usually 1-2 hours prior to the ceremony. He will take some reference photos of the bride and groom as well as the location. As guests arrive, they can see the beginning stages of the sketch and watch the painting start to come to life. He will continue to work during the reception (if its on-site) for a number of hours before packing up and heading to the studio.
Step 5: In-Studio Magic
Time for in-studio finishing touches! Johnathan works his magic and uses this time to refine the details ...this is usually when he adds in those extra small details and adjusts the color to really make the painting come alive.
Step 6: Delivery
The best part. We send a digital preview of your finished live wedding painting 4-6 weeks after the big day. Once we have your thumbs up, we will arrange to have the painting shipped or coordinate local pickup. Then pop the bubbly and enjoy your artwork.
